Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Diamond Teeth Dental Clinic website and services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Diamond Teeth Dental Clinic is registered with the Egyptian Dental Syndicate (النقابة العامة لأطباء أسنان مصر) and operates in full compliance with Egyptian dental practice laws, including Law No. 64 of 1941 and its internal regulations.

2. Clinic Registration & Licensing

Our clinic and practicing dentists are registered with the Egyptian Dental Syndicate as required by law. Registration in the Syndicate's general register is a prerequisite for practicing dentistry in Egypt (Article 70 of the Syndicate Law).

All dentists hold valid Practicing Licenses issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health, in addition to their Syndicate registration.

3. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be booked through our website booking form, WhatsApp, or by phone during working hours.

Appointment confirmation is sent after a preliminary assessment of your case. The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

Cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4. Informed Consent & Treatment

Before any treatment begins, the treating dentist will explain the diagnosis, proposed treatment options, expected outcomes, duration, and associated costs.

Your written consent is required before any procedure is performed. You have the right to ask questions and receive clear answers about your treatment plan.

As required by the Syndicate's code of professional ethics, every patient has the right to receive honest, clear information about their treatment without exaggeration or concealment.

5. Fees & Payment

Treatment fees are determined based on the complexity of the case, materials used, and the clinical judgment of the treating dentist.

According to the Syndicate Law (Article 45), the Syndicate's board sets a maximum fee schedule for consultations, surgical procedures, prosthetic work, and orthodontic treatment. Our clinic's fees are set within these guidelines.

A clear, itemized cost estimate is provided before treatment begins. No treatment is performed without the patient's agreement on the cost.

Payment is due upon completion of each treatment session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Fee Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding treatment fees between the patient and the clinic, the Syndicate's competent board has the authority to assess and determine the fair fee, as stipulated in Articles 46–49 of the Syndicate Law.

Either party may appeal the Syndicate's assessment to the competent court within fifteen (15) days of notification.

7. Patient Rights

Every patient has the right to:

  • Receive treatment from qualified, registered dentists
  • Get a clear explanation of the diagnosis and treatment plan before consenting
  • Know the estimated cost before treatment begins
  • Maintain confidentiality of their medical records (Article 98 of the Code of Professional Ethics)
  • File a complaint through the Syndicate's complaints committee if dissatisfied with any aspect of care
  • Refuse treatment at any stage

8. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, the patient agrees to:

  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed treatment plan

9. Professional Ethics & Conduct

Our dentists adhere to the Egyptian Dental Syndicate's Code of Professional Ethics, which includes:

  • Maintaining the dignity and traditions of the dental profession
  • Treating fellow dentists with mutual respect and avoiding unfair competition
  • Maintaining strict patient confidentiality
  • Not engaging in advertising that compromises professional integrity
  • Cooperating with the Syndicate in resolving any professional disputes

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, you may:

  • Raise it directly with the clinic management
  • File a formal complaint with the Egyptian Dental Syndicate's complaints committee (Article 79 of the Internal Regulations)
  • Seek mediation through the Syndicate before pursuing legal action (Article 12 of the Syndicate Law)

As per Article 12 of the Syndicate Law, a member of the Syndicate may not take legal action against another member due to professional work without first presenting the matter to the Syndicate.

11. Dental Records & Documentation

The clinic maintains dental records for every patient as required by Article 97 of the Code of Professional Ethics. These records include clinical findings, treatment plans, procedures performed, and follow-up notes.

Patient records are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties without the patient's written consent, except as required by law.
